Pressure Washing in Ocala & Marion County

Driveways, sidewalks, pool decks, roofs, and house siding. We use the right pressure and the right detergent for every surface โ€” so nothing gets damaged and the dirt actually stays gone.

What We Wash

The Right Pressure For Every Surface

Pressure washing isn't one-size-fits-all. We use high-pressure for hard surfaces, soft wash for delicate ones, and the right detergent to keep dirt from coming back fast.

Florida humidity grows mold, algae, and mildew on every exterior surface. A wash twice a year keeps everything looking new.

01

Curb Appeal In One Day

02

Stops Stains Before They Set

Mold, algae, and rust become permanent if left long enough. Regular washing catches them before they bond.

03

Extends Paint & Sealer Life

Paint and sealer break down faster under biological growth. Washing extends your repaint and reseal cycles.

Common Questions

Pressure Washing FAQ

What's the difference between soft wash and pressure wash?
Pressure wash uses high water pressure for hard, durable surfaces โ€” concrete, pavers, brick. Soft wash uses low pressure plus a cleaning solution to kill mold and algae on delicate surfaces โ€” vinyl siding, painted surfaces, roofs. Using high pressure on the wrong surface causes permanent damage; using soft wash on dirty pavers won't get them clean. The right call depends on the surface.
Will pressure washing damage my siding or paint?
Not when done correctly. We never use high pressure on siding, painted surfaces, or roofs โ€” those get a soft wash with surfactant that kills biological growth without forcing water behind siding or stripping paint. Improper pressure washing absolutely can cause damage; that's why method matters more than equipment.
How often should I pressure wash my house?
In Florida, twice a year is the sweet spot for siding and roofs. Driveways and pool decks usually need annual washing. Shaded north-facing surfaces and pool decks may need more frequent attention since algae grows fastest in shaded humidity.
Do you wash roofs? Will it void my warranty?
Yes, we wash roofs โ€” using soft wash only. The Asphalt Roofing Manufacturers Association specifically recommends soft wash for shingles. We never use high-pressure on a roof. Soft wash is the only method that meets ARMA guidelines and keeps your warranty intact.
Will pressure washing damage my landscaping?
No. We pre-rinse plants and shrubs near surfaces being soft-washed, and our cleaning solutions are biodegradable. We've been doing this in Marion County for years without incident โ€” your landscaping is safe.
Do I need to be home during the wash?
Not necessarily โ€” we can work from outside water spigots and hose reels. We usually like to do a quick walk-through with you at the start so you can point out any specific stains or areas of concern, and again at the end so you can confirm the work meets your expectations. If you'd rather not be there, we can text you photos before and after.
