Paver Repair in Ocala & Marion County

Sunken pavers, settling, missing pieces, broken edge restraints โ€” we level, replace, and lock everything back in. Most repairs done in a few hours, no demolition required.

What We Repair

Spot Fixes That Save The Whole Surface

Most paver problems are localized. Catch them early and the rest of your hardscape stays intact.

โ›

Sunken Paver Leveling

Lift, re-bed, and re-set sunken or sinking pavers. Common at driveway aprons and pool deck edges.

โƒ

Replacement Pavers

Cracked, broken, or missing pavers replaced with matching color and shape. Most common pavers we can match same-day.

โ–ค

Edge Restraint Repair

Failed edge restraints let pavers shift outward. We dig out, replace, and re-anchor so the perimeter holds.

โŠฅ

Settling Correction

Whole sections that have shifted or settled get lifted, the base re-graded, and the pavers re-laid level.

Why Repair Now

Small Issues Become Big Ones Fast

One sunken paver becomes three. A loose edge becomes a tripping hazard. Repairs done early are cheap and quick.

01

Stops Further Damage

One shifted paver lets water and sand erode the next. Fix it now and you stop the chain reaction.

02

Removes Tripping Hazards

Lifted edges and uneven heights are insurance liabilities. Easy to fix, costly to ignore.

03

Restores The Look

Mismatched, broken, or sunken pavers stand out. Targeted repair makes the whole surface read as new again.

04

Avoids Full Replacement

Most repair jobs cost a fraction of a re-lay. Catch problems early and the rest of your hardscape lasts decades.

Common Questions

Paver Repair FAQ

Can you match my existing pavers?
For most common Florida paver types โ€” yes, we can usually source matching pieces same-day. We bring samples to the quote so you can confirm before we order. For older or discontinued pavers, we can sometimes pull replacements from less-visible areas (like under furniture) and replace those with closely-matching pieces.
How much settling needs repair?
Anything more than 1/4 inch is worth fixing โ€” that's enough to be a tripping hazard and to redirect water flow. Anything more than 3/4 inch usually means a base issue that should be addressed before the area spreads.
What causes pavers to sink?
Most common: water erosion of the base sand under the pavers. Sometimes from poor original installation, sometimes from improper drainage, sometimes from tree roots or sprinkler leaks. We diagnose the cause as part of the quote so the repair holds long-term.
Do you fix tree-root damage?
Yes. Affected pavers come up, the root is cut or routed, the base is re-graded, and the pavers go back. We don't remove trees โ€” that's a separate trade โ€” but we fix the paver damage cleanly.
How long do most repairs take?
Spot repairs (a handful of sunken or broken pavers) are usually 2โ€“4 hours. Larger settling areas or edge restraint replacement run a half-day to a full day. We'll give you an exact time estimate at the quote.
Should I seal after a repair?
If your pavers were already sealed, yes โ€” we recommend re-sealing the repaired section so the finish matches. If the rest of the surface needs sealing too, this is a great time to bundle the whole job and save a service call.
